We take a proactive approach to prevent workplace accidents and illnesses, operating in full compliance with applicable health and safety laws, regulations, and global best practices. Health and safety are not just compliance measures—they are integral to our business performance and culture. Every individual has a role to play in creating a safe and supportive workplace. Each of our sites maintains an occupational health and safety policy tailored to the specific risks, hazards, and opportunities of its operations, reinforcing our shared responsibility for a healthier and safer tomorrow.
Our Global Risk Management System (GRMS) is adhered to at all manufacturing locations, supported by strong governance, including audits and reviews. Leadership at all levels provides visible felt leadership by actively participating in safety reviews, conducting safety walkabouts, and ensuring teams across all locations are engaged. Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy defines clear expectations, responsibilities, and behaviours for leaders and employees across the organisation. This policy serves as the foundation for our long-term strategy to build a proactive safety culture and strengthen our operational practices. Our strategy focuses on creating a world-class health and safety culture across the value chain, including supply sites, technical Centre and office spaces. We influence and provide support in improving Safety standards of our Business partners including third-party contractors.
