Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our purpose of ‘celebrating life every day, everywhere.’

We can only achieve this purpose by respecting everybody regardless of background, religion, sexuality or ethnicity. Diversity and inclusion is also enshrined in our Global Human Rights Policy.

Our parent company Diageo has a strong focus on diversity and was recognised by the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index in January 2018 for performance and disclosure around gender equality. Diageo is also ranked fifth in the Thomson Reuters Global Diversity and Inclusion Index. The company was named joint first in the FTSE 100 companies with female executive directors and included in the Female FTSE Board Report 2017 by Cranfield University School of Management.

Our focus on diversity and inclusion makes Diageo India a vibrant and creative place to work. A diverse workforce, with people from different backgrounds, capabilities and perspectives, helps us better understand our customers and grow our business.
