She highlights the changing dynamics in the industry, emphasising the growing need for more women to join the field. Despite initial apprehensions about interacting with women in the industry, Varsha notes a positive shift in recent years, with more female bartenders and professionals breaking barriers.

She says, “I value investing time in people, maintaining regular discussions, and building comfort as key to managing account relationships”.
